Roast Birds, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, apricot and sage sausage meat stuffing, honey roast chantenay carrots and parsnips, homemade cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets, pancetta fried sprouts, buttered kale

Nut roast, cranberry sauce, roast potatoes, tender stem broccoli, buttered kale, chestnut topped brussels sprouts (v)

Beef wellington, smoked butter tender stem broccoli, pancetta, red wine jus

Cheese course

A selection of handpicked cheeses for the table, Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire cheddar, Thomas Hoes Red Leicester, Blacksticks Blue, Perl Wen Brie, and Kidderton Ash goats cheese. Served with traditional accompaniments, and a complimentary glass of port. (v)

Teas and Coffee – choose from a selection of handpicked flavoured teas or coffee to finish your meal, or alternatively upgrade to an alcoholic coffee of your choice for £2.
